JFK Track and Field tryouts will commence on March 28th here at JFK. Perspective athletes that attended our February meeting, and those that sought out the coaching staff if they did not attend, have all received paperwork pertaining to expectations for tryouts as well as information on how to register on Family ID. Registration will end on March 23 in order for the coaching staff to generate a tryout roster.
The tryouts will last four days here at JFK. We will start on March 28th and end on March 31st. Each practice ends at 4:30 PM. Pick up will be behind the school at our auditorium entrance.
Those that qualify for the team will then practice at the Annex starting on April 1st. Bus transportation is unlikely from JFK to the Annex, so parents will most likely need to transport their child to and from practice. We will keep you informed when we decide on practice times.
