SUMMER 2024 SESSIONS

We are excited, in addition to our current conditioning options, to add sports specific sessions that follow the approved CIAC guidelines.  Simply, each sport may offer two separate sessions for up to two hours each per week.  Please remember neither of the two options is mandatory but will truly benefit the development of the student-athlete.

Summer conditioning is the most important time for our athletes to increase strength and cardiovascular conditioning all while working to develop team chemistry.  Teams will work in an organized fashion in a program setup by our strength and conditioning coach.  Other sport coaches will also be present to ensure safety, teach proper form, and encourage a high energy environment.   Please see below for the times for each sport.

OPTION #1:  SUMMER NON-SPORT SPECIFIC CONDITIONING

FOOTBALL BEGINS JUNE 17th – ALL OTHER SESSIONS BEGIN ON JUNE 25th

If sport is not listed, you may attend any session but remain with that session throughout to assist with the planning of workouts.

7:30am-8:45am   Baseball, Field Hockey, Girls Soccer, Boys/Girls Basketball, Girls Lacrosse, Softball, Swim

8:30am-10:15am   Football, Boys Lacrosse

9:30am-10:45am   Boys/Girls Volleyball, Boys Soccer, Track, Cross Country, Hockey

WEDNESDAY

8:30am-10:15am  Football, Boys lacrosse

THURSDAY

7:30am-8:45am   Baseball, Field Hockey, Girls Soccer, Boys/Girls Basketball, Girls Lacrosse, Softball, Swim

8:30am-10:15am   Football, Boys Lacrosse

9:30am-10:45am   Boys/Girls Volleyball, Boys Soccer, Track, Cross Country, Hockey

OPTION #2:  SPORT SPECIFIC SESSIONS

All dates/times for the sports specific sessions will be provided by the coach of each team during the conditioning sessions.
