Athlete Registration

1.  Must meet Enfield Public Schools academic eligibility requirements.
2. An up-to-date physical on file with the school nurse is required. ***PLEASE NOTE – FOR THIS YEAR, PHYSICALS HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TO BE GOOD FOR 15 MONTHS.  THIS INCLUDES ALL PHYSICALS CURRENTLY ON FILE
3. All student-athletes must have completed the online registration through FamilyID prior to any participation in practice and/or tryouts.
4. A participation fee is required and will be collected once the teams have been finalized.
